CLEAR CURE GOO
Clear Cure Goo is a one part, crystal clear, light cured liquid that makes tying easy with a short learning curve for even a novice tyer.
The Goo is a tad thicker than most epoxies but flows nicely through most natural and synthetic materials. There are added properties to the Goo that allow it to have a good "hang" time… that translates into far less drip and sag than most standard epoxies.
There is no mixing…just dispense from the syringe directly to the fly! No waiting for the epoxy to harden. No loss of product. Extremely fast setup time….stop the Goo in its tracks in 1.5 seconds. It will fully cure in just less than 7 seconds up to 3/16” of an inch.

Clear Cure Goo doesn't have any of the issues associated with epoxy. There is no yellowing of your flies... No longer will you have to throw your flies that you spent so long creating out because they have yellowed severely.
No longer will you have to worry that you didn’t get your epoxy mixture just right, or you will have a tacky fly for weeks. |
The Curing light is a AAA powered multi-L.E.D. Its shape allows for convenient use near your tying station. Its bandwidth is in the visible light range.
Clear Cure Goo is light curing….you can’t place it in direct sunlight or it will harden. Given time under florescent lighting the CCG will start to thicken, but that’s quite a while for this to happen. Incandescent lighting has no effect on CCG.
Your Clear Cure Goo curing light uses three (3) AA A Batteries. The 21 L.E.D.’s use a specific light spectrum to cure the CCG fast, but as the batteries power fades, so does the speed of the cure. In tests, the light keeps its most effective curing power for approximately 5 syringes.
You can also use the newer rechargeable batteries in the lights saving money and keeping some batteries out of the landfills..GO GREEN!

Clear Cure Goo Thick
The Clear Cure Goo Thick is very easy to use. To smooth out the Thick product it is recommend that you “wiggle” or rock your rotary vise to smooth out and make symmetrical flies. If you visit the Clear Cure Goo website you can see multiple examples of this technique in high definition videoclips. (see below)
The Clear Cure Goo Thick is great for building up material, as it does not run or sag. Perfect for creating Surf Candies, Epoxy Shrimp, any baitfish head..
Clear Cure Goo Tack Free
Clear Cure Goo Tack Free is a tack free version of the Clear Cure Goo Thick. It has no residue or tack after it is cured. Curing time for this product is 20 seconds. It requires no sealing, no top coat.
Clear Cure Goo Tack Free has the same tying properties of the Clear Cure Goo Thick and is applied in the same manner. |

Clear Cure Goo Thin
This product is recommended when tying with dubbing. Many light cured products separate from the dubbing when a fly hits a rock, for instance. The Clear Cure Goo Thin product soaks down into the dubbing fibres, rather than just sitting opn top. Curing the product with the UV light causes it to bond to those fibres and securely attach to the dubbing.
Another property of the Thin product is that it flows quickly and self levels. The Thin Clear Cure Goo is great for making nymphs, scud back, midges, chironomids. Hundreds of Copper John flies can be created with just one tube. |
Clear Cure Goo Brushable
The Clear Cure Goo Brushable product was created with Crease flies and EZ Body flies in mind. It is a very thin product. In fact, if you where to put the product on a bare hook it would run right off the hook. CCG Brushable is great for creating a thin coating on fouling material on your fly patterns. Many of the Mylar materials are limp or flash material. If you apply the Brushable product to these materials, placing it just past the hook bend, you can stiffen up the material without making it hard. Your material will still be soft and pliable, but not soft enough to loop around your hook bend.
Clear Cure Flexible
This new product is simply amazing. It is very flexible and soft. It actually feels very similar to conventional bass soft plastics. Anything you can do with silicone you can now do with Clear Cure Goo Flexible and it cures in 10-20 seconds. This product will open up the door to many new flies and techniques. The Flexible product is great for creating hollow flies, airheads, crab back - really the sky is the limit for what you can do with this new material.
