Making A Purchase

Simply click on any item to see more details – then click on “Add to Shopping Basket” to add each selection to the shopping cart.  After you have finished making your selections, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to be able to satisfy the order.

Alternatively, make a list of your requirements and telephone me to place your order - all major credit and debit cards can be accepted, or lodge your order and post a cheque - see below for more details. r

Stock / Back Orders

I strive to keep everything I offer "in stock" - I know how frustrating it is to order items from an online shop, only to find that the vast majority of items you ordered are not available. If your chosen materials are not in stock, I will contact you to check if you are willing to wait for me to back order them or cancel them (depending on stock of supplier and your wishes.)

Postage Costs

I will post WORLDWIDE and to keep matters plain and simple, there is a single postage & packing charge, no matter the quantity of items ordered :-

UK ...................................... :- .£ 3.00 (Royal Mail 1st class post)
Orders in excess of £45.00 - :- £ 5.95 (contribution towards Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Rest of the World .................:- £ 3.00 (Royal Mail 1st. class Airmail)
Orders in excess of £45.00 - :- £ 5.95 (contribution towards Royal Mail "International Signed For" tracked)

If your order is very light, I will refund a proportion of the postage charge automatically added on by the system.

HEAVY ITEMS - Please note that both the Norvise with mounting board and the 720 Vise weigh in excess of 3.5 kilos - the shipping costs within the UK are £30.00 - I will subsidise this charge by 50% . Please email me for exact costs if you are outside in the UK and are wishing to purchase the Norvise or the 720 vice.

Please note that once items have been dispatched, the Flytying Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by Royal Mail as this out of my control. Proof of posting is obtained for all orders and I will offer all assistance in tracking orders through the postal system.

Methods of Payment

*   Credit card / Debit Cards.

You can pay by card as you place your order online - payments are processed via a secure internet link using Paypal.   Credit / Debit card details are only viewed by Paypal therefore ensuring that your details are safe and secure.

You can also place your order and then telephone to advise your card details. Your card details are destroyed once your order has been placed - I do not store customers financial details.

*  If you would rather settle with a Personal Cheque (UK currency only), simply fill out the
   “Order Form” page and follow the guide notes at the bottom of the page – then print out
    the page and mail it, together with your cheque made payable to either SPIDERS PLUS or PHILIP HOLDING .

* For overseas orders, International Money Orders in Sterling are also accepted. Also, a Bank IBAN number is available on request.

Shipping And Handling

I aim to despatch your items within 48 hours of the order being placed and your payment being received. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.  

Returns / Cancellations

I aim to guarantee your satisfaction. All materials come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the items ordered, (incorrect item supplied / defective) you may return them IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and I will refund your payment.

I will refund the total value of your order, including any postage costs, within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

I do require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in the same condition you received them.

If, upon receipt of your order, you simply change your mind, you can return your items for a refund within 14 days and I will refund the value of the goods, excluding the postage charge.

Credit Card Security

For online transactions, all credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site. For payments made by telephone, all card details are destroyed once the payment has been confirmed.

Order History

You can log into your account and update your personal details and display your order history - plus print out invoices from previous orders placed. This facility is available from the Online Shop intro page.

Privacy Policy

Flytying Boutique do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your Shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details with regards to the password facility on the order form.
