This is a fascinating material!

Art Fur is made up of synthetic fibres, fixed on a woven skin. Think of it as a substitute for Deer Hair … it is a mix of two or three colours of hair and it even has underfur!

Simply snip off a pencil sized piece of fur and tie onto the top of the hook shank as you would with deer hair – pull out the under fur first for just the “guard hairs” for hair wing patterns, or leave in the underfur for a more bushy result.

Clip the end result to shape for a really natural looking pattern.

Try adding a mix of colours for a stripped pattern – add a Moser Sculpin Head and Ghost Fibre for fins for a superb looking Bullhead imitation.

Each patch measures approx. 2″ x 4″ and the hair is approx. 1 1/2″ long.
