PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASES

Making A Purchase

Simply click on any item to see more details, then click on "Add to Shopping Basket" to add each selection to the shopping cart. After you have finished making your selections, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to be able to satisfy the order.
Alternatively, make a list of your requirements and telephone me to place your order - all major credit and debit cards can be accepted, or lodge your order and post a cheque - see below for more details.

Currencies

All orders are transacted in GB Pounds. Please note that the other currencies displayed on the website are for guidance only - the rates are updated each day but live rates can vary hour by hour.

Stock / Back Orders

I strive to keep everything I offer "in stock" - I know how frustrating it is to order items from an online shop, only to find that the vast majority of items you ordered are not available. If your chosen materials are not in stock, I will contact you to check if you are willing to wait for me to back order them or cancel them (depending on stock of supplier and your wishes.)

Restricted Items

I regret to advise that recent changes to CAA regulations has resulted in a ban on posting "nail varnish" overseas - this description includes head vanishes and cements.

Postage Costs

I despatch WORLDWIDE - you can check the postage and packing charge at any time during your shopping experience using the postage calculator in the shopping basket.
UK ..........................................GBP 3.50 (Royal Mail 1st class post) Orders in excess of GBP 50.00 .... GBP 6.95 (contribution towards fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery)
Rest of the World ................. GBP 4.50 (Royal Mail 1st. class Airmail) Orders in excess of GBP 50.00 - GBP 8.95 (contribution towards Royal Mail "International Tracked/Signed For" post)
SOUTH AFRICA - Please note that due to the "quality" of both the customs inspection and the local postal service within South Africa, it is recommended that you opt for tracked post which is insured against loss.
HEAVY ITEMS - Please note that Pedestal Vices and the Norvise with mounting board weigh in excess of Royal Mail limits - these items are despatched using a courier service - the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for your country of residence.
Please note that once items have been dispatched, the Flytying Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by Royal Mail / local postal services as this out of my control. Proof of posting is obtained for all orders and I will offer all assistance in tracking orders through the postal system. Missing orders will not be replaced within 30 days of despatch due to the unreliability of postal Services.

Methods of Payment

* CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
You can pay by card as you place your order online - payments are processed via a secure internet link to Sage Pay - one of the largest and longest established card clearing systems -your card details are transacted by Sage Pay only so are safe and secure.

* PAY PAL

You can also settle via Paypal if you wish to use your existing paypal account .

* TELEPHONE ORDER

You can also place your order and then telephone to advise your card details. Your card details are destroyed once your order has been placed - I do not store customers financial details.

* CHEQUE

Place your order, then post a cheque - made payable to FLYTYING BOUTIQUE.

* BANK TRANSFER

Place your order then effect a bank transfer - full account details are provided if choosing this option - for overseas customers, any bank fees charged by your bank must be paid.

Shipping And Handling

I aim to despatch your items within 48 hours of the order being placed and your payment being received. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and reputable courier companies.

Returns / Cancellations

I aim to guarantee your satisfaction. All materials come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the items ordered, (incorrect item supplied / defective) you may return them IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and I will refund your payment.
I will refund the total value of your order, including any postage costs, within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
I do require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in the same condition you received them.
If after ordering you simply change your mind, you can cancel your order or return your items for a refund within 14 days and I will refund the value of the goods, excluding the postage charge.

Please note that refunds against credit / debit cards may not show up in your account up to 14 days of the date of cancellation.

Credit Card Security

For online transactions, all credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site. For payments made by telephone, all card details are destroyed once the payment has been confirmed. Order History

You can log into your account and update your personal details and display your order history - plus print out invoices from previous orders placed. This facility is available from the Online Shop intro page.

Flytying Boutique "Frequent Tyers" Loyalty Scheme

The Loyalty scheme is available to every customer, is free to join and operates between 01 January and 31 December each year.
Every product ordered either online or by telephone / email will attract a level of Loyalty Points - points are based on the actual value of the items ordered after taking into account Multisave offers and any other offers.
Your tally of earned points cam be viewed within the "order history" section of your account.

Privacy Policy

Flytying Boutique do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your Shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details with regards to the password facility on the order form.
