These are manufactured on wafer thin vinyl and pre-cut for ease of use.

And – they are translucent! … the beauty of Magic Quills is that you can create your own unique coloured bodies based on the thread or floss colour you use as an underbody.

So easy to create single or 2-tone coloured bodies. Try adding holographic tinsel as your “underbody” then wrapping the quill for a great effect!

Ideal for buzzers & nymph bodies – simply peal off a strand, catch in and wrap up the hook shank.

The strands have a light and a dark edge, just like a natural stripped peacock quill so these look amazingly realistic.

Coat with a thin layer of Solarez or Betfor resin and you have a superb looking, very robust quill bodied fly.
