This is an oversized massive chenille – it has 4 inch long fibres of flash and Predator wrap fibres that can be wound like a hackle or palmered on the hook shank to make streamer style patterns that pulsate in the water.
Try winding the wrap onto your hook with the fibres facing forward – then brushing them back and fixing in position with few turns of thread to give a more pronounced shoulder to the fly.
All you need is a few turns to add amazing movement to any pattern.
